David Price on the hill tonight for the Bosox against the Blue Jays at Fenway. Jays throwing R.A. Dickey. David had a good outing this past Sunday at Toronto leaving with a 3-2 lead in the seventh. The bullpen couldn’t hold it, but Dustin Pedroia came through in the 11th with an RBI double and the Sox won at Toronto. David pitched well. Will have a full report on David tomorrow.

Pedro was three for five two nights ago in an Orioles victory over the BoSox and went yard last night in another O’s victory over the Bosox. Pedro really swinging the bat well now. DH’ing a lot, but Buck Showalter may use him some at third base because he’s played well there when called on to play. Ryan Flaherty getting some time at third. Doing a solid job.

Really conflicted when these two teams play. Sox and O’s split a four game set at Baltimore. O’s host the Yankees tonight at Camden Yards.

Fes played well last night in a Golden State victory over the Cavs. It was amazing; Steph and Klay Thompson didn’t play that great, but the bench was superb. Have the Dubs beating LeBron and the Cavs in five on my regular blog which I wrote before the playoffs started.

Matthias Schwab was selected as an All-American in men’s golf by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Will Gordon and Patrick Martin were selected as freshmen All-Americans. Great stuff from the guys and all three are coming back as we pursue a national championship in 2017.

Jon Curran is -9 at the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio, Jack Nicklaus’s tourney. Jon tied for fifth. Co-leaders are Matt Kuchar and Brendan Steele at -12. Everybody is finished for the day. Brandt and Luke not playing but both should be in the field next week at Memphis and Brandt in two weeks at the United States Open at Oakmont CC, just outside of Pittsburgh, a classic course. Jon could get in with a victory this weekend and Luke could get in with a W next week in Memphis.

We play Xavier tonight at 8 PM ET/7 PM CT on ESPN3. Jordan Sheffield on the hill for us tonight. Sheff is 8-5 with a 2.73 ERA. He had a good outing when we faced Xavier earlier this season and got the victory. Jordan and our team will face left hander Zac Lowther, who is 6-5 with a 3.22 ERA. Xavier finished just over .500 for the year, but won the Big East tournament, so they’re a threat.

Let’s win it for Donny. Better yet, let’s win the national championship for Donny.

Will have a report tomorrow.
