The two plays that occurred in the game that turned the momentum totally towards Alabama were: (1).Marcell Dareus's 28-yard interception return for a td to put 'Bama up 24-6. The Texas running back actually juggled the ball and Dareus made a great catch and what a run after the catch. That put Texas in a hole right before the half. Not sure about the play call there. Thought that was a mistake in Horns' part. There were about 12 seconds to go when Marcell made that play.
(2) Eryk Anders hit on Garrett Gilbert that forced the fumble which Courtney Upshaw recovered at the three that led to the td that put Bama up 31-21. Javy intercepted the pass after that, that led to the final touchdown and the 37-21 final. What a play by Anders. Great linebacker. Upshaw's pretty athletic, too.
