What a heartwarming story of Ole Miss running back Rodney Scott not getting up when Zac Etheridge was on top of him and in seriously bad shape. The Auburn defensive back collided with teammate Antonio Coleman trying to tackle Scott and was lying on top of Scott saying "Jesus, Jesus." There was something terribly wrong. Scott alertly and compassionately didn't pop up and move Etheridge, whose neck was in trouble and, at the time, was partially paralyzed. He was placed on a stretcher, his neck supported and is now in a neck brace but out of danger. He wants to play next year.
What an amazing story and shows what's great about sports. Great job Rodney. Glad you're back Zac
