My sister commented about how well the Dawgs played beating Texas A&M 44-20. They really did. They really got after it on defense and special teams and their offense came alive in the second half. Their quarterback, Joe Cox, is a senior, but running back Caleb King is a sophomore and Washaun Ealey, a great young rb, is a frosh. A.J. Green, their potential All-American wr, is a soph. Brandon Boykin, who returned an 81-yard kickoff return for a td, is a soph. That was his third kickoff return for a td this season. Richt had fired three defensive coaches, and one of his coaches and grad assistants coached the defense and they did a great job. The defense was swarming. Renee Curran. their star lb, is a junior. May very well go pro, but they had some nice defensive backs, who I think are young.

Dawgs have a lot of frosh and sophs. If they can find a qb, they can get back in the hunt next year in the SEC.
